As a naturopathic doctor, my fundamental tool is establishing the foundations for optimal health and wellness.
There are so many things that can get in the way of our wellness. Lack of sleep, lack of movement, inadequate nutrition or hydration, environmental toxins, stress… The list can go on and on.
To create wellness, the foundations for health must be addressed. For the health of the whole family, they must be addressed together.
Getting the rest we need, the movement our bodies crave, the nutrition our bodies thrive on, and the environment that our physical, mental, and spiritual health requires, is a lifelong process. These foundations develop over time when energy is invested.
